The apartment is located at the 1st French floor of a three stories building with security system. It can accommodate 4 people.
The layout is as follows :
1st French Floor :

You enter the apartment through the First French floor but will have some steps before entering the apartment.
You will find the kitchen to your right and the lounge to your left.
The large lounge is furnished with three double sofas, a coffee table, a round dining table and a large armoire. There are two windows and a fireplace.
The separate kitchen is equipped with four electric burners, an electric oven, a micro wave, a refrigerator/fridge, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has all necessary cooking utensils.
Next to the kitchen is a dining area furnished with a dining
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large built-in closet. It has a window facing the courtyard.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, and a tub. There is a separate WC.
2nd French Floor :

The spiral staircase gives access to the second floor.
The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a bedside table.
There is an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a shower and a toilet.
Next to the bedroom is a large loggia with a nice view over the roofs. It is furnished with armchairs, a desk and a wardrobe.
Each room is equipped with a fan (A/c in first bedroom).
a DSL Internet connection is available.
Neighborhood :
The best advantage of the apartment is its central location, very accessible by car and close to the city center (short walking distance from the famous Cours Mirabeau: ).
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
