Comfortable studio house in the Luberon, near Lourmarin

Located in the heart of the Luberon, near the picturesque villages of Lourmarin & Lauris, this detached small house is part of a property composed of a main villa, a two bedroom house and a small studio house. Built in a 2000m2 garden, the property offers great views over the surrounding vineyards. The studio is available for weekly rentals but also as a B&B (for 2 nights minimum). The studio has a lounge equipped with a double size bed with bed side-table. It is furnished with a desk, a wardrobe and an armchair. It has a TV and a stereo. The open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric induction plate, a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The en-suite bathroom has a stall shower, washbasin and toilet. Off the studio is the garden planted with trees and lawn. The occupants of the studio will have access to the swimming pool.(Shared). The property is located only 2 kilometers from the village of Lauris & 4 kilometers of Lourmarin. For everyday shopping, there is a supermarket located 500 meters from the house (3 minutes drive). In Lourmarin are many cafés and restaurants. The closest towns are Aix en Provence (35 kilometers distant) and Avignon (40 kilometers). The location is also perfect for local festivals: Salon with its famous Jazz Festival (Château de L'Amperi) is about 30 minutes drive, Avignon and the Theater Festival, Aix en Provence and the Classical Music Festival are about 45 minutes drive, and last but not least: La Roque d'Anthéron and its Piano Festival is only 10 minutes drive away. The famous Sylvacane abbey is also nearby and definitely worth a look! The closest expressway is the A51, exit Pertuis, 20 minutes drive away. The closest train station is at is Aix en Provence - Les Milles, which is served by the TGV (Train Grande Vitesse) that goes to Paris in 3 hours! The closest airport is Marseille - Marignane that has daily flights to Paris or to many other major towns of the world. Or most international connections from France are made through the international airport of Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
