In this private 19th century entirely refurbished Mas, 5 different apartments are available.
Each can accommodate a couple.
They are available as Bed & Breakfast accommodation, Self catering weekly rentals or monthly rentals (October through April only).
For bed & breakfast option breakfast is served either in the dining room or in the garden.
For short term rentals Sheets, blankets, duvets, towels are provided.
You enter this loft apartment via a living space with two sofas and a kitchenette (with small fridge, 2 electric burners and micro-wave oven).
The mezzanine bedroom is overlooking the living room, it is furnished with a double sized bed, a built-in closet and has a window facing the quiet garden.
The bathroom has a washbasin, a shower and a separate toilet.
You will have access to the garden and the heated swimming pool
Parking space is available in the property if you have a car.
Neighborhood :
This property is located about 10mn by bus or by car from Aix en Provence town centre.
You will benefit from a countryside environment, very close to Aix city centre.
(you can walk to town in 15-20mn).
It is ideal if you wish to use a car while discovering Aix en Provence region. Direct access to the "Montagne Sainte victoire" but also the Montaiguet hill and a pedestrian walk by the Arc river banks.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic centre.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
