Three bedroom - 4 bath Villa with Sea View & Gardon in Toulon (Le Mourillon).

The House is located in Toulon - Le Mourillon, near the beach. It can accommodate 7 people. The layout is as fallows: -Ground floor: You will find a first living room, which is furnished with a sofa, 3 chairs, coffee table and 2 cupboards. A sliding bay window leads to the south exposed terrace. There also is a bathroom with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. Stairs give access to the two upper levels. -First floor: You will find a second and more comfortable living room, furnished with 2 sofas, an armchair, a coffee table and a cupboard. It is equipped with a modern fireplace. A sliding bay window leads to a balcony, furnished with a round table. The dining area is furnished with a round table seating four and a chest of drawers. The separate kitchen is equipped with most necessary utensils. It has a sink, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, 4 induction hotplates, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining area is furnished with a round table seating four and is equipped with a TV. Second floor: In the first bedroom, you will find a Queen-bed, 2 bedside tables, an armchair, a desk and a built-in closet. A French window leads to a balcony, equipped with a deck chair. In the bathroom, you will find a tub and 2 washbasins. There is a separate toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a double convertible sofa bed, a built-in closet, 3 bookcases. There also is a TV and a DVD player. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin. -Third floor: The third bedroom is furnished with a simple bad, a double convertible sofa bed, a desk, several bookcases, several cupboards, 2 coffee tables, a built-in closet. In the bedroom, you will find a tub, a washbasin and a toilet. There is a DSL internet Access (and a computer). A private parking space is available in the street (in front of the owner s garage that will remain closed). Outside: The terrace is furnished with a rectangular table seating 6, covered by a pergola. You will also find several deck chairs and a sunshade. In the little garden, there is another round table and a barbecue, which you can use at your convenience. Neighborhood : Le Mourillon is a very safe and residential area of Toulon by the coast. The house is just a stone throw from the coast and the beach. The closest sandy beach is only 5 mn walk. Toulon is a large city by the Mediterranean sea with a famous military harbor. The Var district offers a large diversity of landscapes from beaches to Provence in the Haut Var District (Gorges du Verdon). Access : 80 km from Marseilles, 100 km from Nice. You can get to Toulon by road (motorways) or by train (TGV). You can also fly to Marseilles or Toulon-Hyeres airport.
