Situated in the center of Aix en Provence, Rue Roux Alpéran, this apartment is just a few blocks from the Cours Mirabeau, now listed historic monument. All the shops, restaurants, groceries, cafés, schools and colleges are nearby.
You enter the apartment through an entrance, which has built-in closets.
The living room has a round dining table seating 3, an antique dresser, and beautiful decorative paintings all over the walls. There is a stereo and a window that provides light in the room.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double size bed and has a dresser.
The second bedroom has a single bed, a lounge table, a TV and a decorative fireplace.
One bedroom faces south (street) the other one has north exposure and looks onto a backyard.
