Peaceful 2 bedroom Apartment in Frejus, a stone throw from the beach

This two bedroom apartment is located on the 1rst French Floor of a large residence with security system and faces south/west. It can accommodate 4 people. The 30m2 living room has round a dining table, a cupboard, a sofa, a coffee table, 2 armchairs, a TV and a piano. There is large window facing the south/west opening onto a balcony with garden furniture and overlooking the garden. Next is the separate kitchen with a sink, 3 gas burners and an oven, a refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is a washing machine and a small dining table. In the corridor leading to the bedrooms, you will find a large built-in closet. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, bedside tables and a chest of drawers. There is a window opening onto the private courtyard. The bathroom has a tub/shower, a washbasin and a French bidet. There is a separate WC. Outside : There is private parking space (with security access). This apartment is ideally located in Frejus : Just two blocks away from the beach and all the services available at walking distance : Bars, restaurants, bakeries etc... Neighborhood : ------------------- Frejus is a town on the Mediterranean coast between Saint Tropez and Cannes. Very close, you will find Saint Raphaël, and Boulouris blessed with numerous small beaches interspersed with short rocky shores. To the East, from Frejus to the ports of Mandelieu and Antibes, the volcanic Estérel hills display red rocks plunging into the dark blue Mediterranean sea, along a seashore road known as the "Corniche d'Or" (the Golden Corniche). Access : The closet expressway exit is Frejus/Saint Raphael on the A 8. The "Toulon/Hyères Airport" and Nice Airport are approximately 1 hour drive away. Train station in Saint Raphael.
