Located in Nice - West (Petit Fabron) this large two bedroom apartment is located on the 3rd French floor with elevator of a peaceful residence with intercom security system. South exposed, this comfortable 100 Sqm apartment can accommodate 6 people (for short rental only). The apartment has a rare 3 exposures with south the main one allowing up to 12 hours of sun on the terrasse/living room side. The travertin entry hall leads straight ahead to the kitchen, to the right to the living room and to the left to the bedrooms. The large living room is furnished with a sofa, a double convertible sofa bed, a coffee table and a large cupboard. It is equipped with a TV, a VCR and a DVD player.(travertin marble on the floor). Next to the living room is the dining area with a large dining table with up to 8 chairs. There are two large French windows opening onto the 20 Sqm terrace overlooking the sea and the "Baie des Anges". The separate eat in kitchen has a sink, 3 gas burners and 1 electric burner, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker. At the back of the kitchen is a convenient room with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a tub. It has nice 6 feet tall "Carrare" marble tiles. There is a separate toilet with a small washbasin and the same marble tiles. You have access to a shared pool in the neighboring residence. You can reach the Promenade, the beach and the sea in a 10 minutes walk via a pedestrian path. A individual covered garage in the building basement is included in the rent. Neighborhood: The apartment is in the west area of Nice at a few minutes from Nice International airport and "The Promenade des Anglais". Nice is a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco, Cannes and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some ski resorts. Nice is attractive all year long. Access : 30 km from Cannes and Monaco, 200 km from Marseilles, 180 km from Aix-en- Provence. You can get to Nice by road or by train (TGV). You can also fly to Nice International Airport
