Trendy Loft with Shared Pool and Gym in Cannes - 5 mn from Centre.

This adorable loft apartment is located in a peaceful street close to boulevard Carnot, 5mn drive from La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the beach.
It can accommodate 4 people. It is composed of a double bedroom and a second sleeping space on the mezzanine.
The layout is as follows :

Entering the loft, you will find a large living space with high ceilings , furnished with a double sofa, coffee table and armchairs. There is a home theater TV system with DVD and a stereo.
The dining area is furnished with a round dining table.
There is a counter with high stools, to separate the kitchen from the small living room.
The open kitchen is equipped with four electric induction plates, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has all necessary cooking utensils.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (or 2 single), sofa, chest of drawers and large built-in closet. A large bay window overlooks the shared terrace and pool.
There is an en-suite bathroom with a tub.
There is a separate toilet.

The elegant wooden and metal staircase gives access to the second floor.
You will find an office and living space overlooking the ground floor.
The is a double convertible sofa-bed.(Mezzanine).
There is a bathroom with a washbasin, stall shower and toilet.
There is a small laundry room with washing machine.
There is a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
Outside : You will enjoy the following equipment in the building (shared with other apartments from the private residence) swimming pool, gym, squash and sauna.

Parking space is available in the street.
The apartment is wonderfully located: Quiet neighborhood, 5 mn from the center.
The beach is at walking distance (15mn walk - 5 mn drive).
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
Access :
The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
