Quiet and agreeable studio, in the heart of the Historical Center of Aix en Provence.
Located rue Gaston de Saporta, on the first French floor of a building with security access, this studio with open kitchen can accommodate one person for long term rentals.
It is only a few minutes walk from the famous Cours Mirabeau and just a stone throw from Aix en Provence City Hall.
The living/bedroom is furnished with double sofa bed, a small dining table, a desk and built-in bookshelf. There is a decorative fireplace and a window opening onto the quiet street.
The separate/open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric plates, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a coffee maker. It has most necessary cooking utensils
The bathroom has a washbasin, a stall shower and a toilet.
Neighborhood :
The best advantage of the studio is its central location, a block from the Mayor's House, near the "Place des Cardeurs" in the heart of the historic city of Aix en Provence.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
