You have access to this authentic Mas via a peaceful countryside lane out of Lambesc. The path leading to the property is bordered by a nice boxwood alley . The layout is as follows : Ground floor : ---------------- Entering the Mas you will find the spacious living room to your left. It is furnished with a large sofa with two armchairs and a coffee table. There is a large bookshelf and a piano. There are two large windows opening onto the garden. There is a working fireplace. Next is the fully equipped kitchen with vitro ceramic hotplates, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator / freezer and dishwasher. There is a rectangle dining table and two cupboards. The kitchen gives access to the dining room with a round dining table and a cupboard. There are nice exposed beams. (Two windows, one south, one north.). Next to the dining room is a TV and reading room. At the back of this room is a first bedroom, furnished with a single with an en-suite bathroom with a tub and toilet. Next is a convenient laundry room with direct access to the garden. There is a separate toilet with a washbasin (Between living and kitchen). An elegant staircase gives access to the second French floor where you'll find three more bedrooms. First floor : -------------- The first bedroom is west exposed and is furnished with a double bed with bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. Neighbourhood : The property is located in Lambesc 20 minutes drive North West from Aix en Provence (25 km), 50 minutes drive from Marseille. The location is also ideal to take day trips to the French Riviera, or short trips to the Mount Sainte Victoire, famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . Aix is less than 15 minutes drive, you are less than an hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and a 15 minutes from the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Aix en Provence is famous for its historic center but also summer festivals (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). Access : Lambesc is 22 km from Aix en Provence , 50 km from Marseilles. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
