South France Apartment - Alcove Studio in Cannes, French Riviera (PR-709)

This alcove studio apartment is located on the 1st French (considered 2nd by Americans) floor of a 6-story building with elevator and concierge in the city of Cannes in the French Riviera. The building has a garden with palm trees and a swimming pool that is shared with other residents. Furthermore, there is parking space available. The apartment itself has a balcony with a southern exposure and a view of the garden below, as well as the Mediterranean Sea—about 100 meters (300 feet) from the studio.

The living room of the apartment features sliding French doors that open onto the terrace, where you will find a table with four chairs, so you can enjoy breakfast as you take in views of the sea. The living room contains a double sofa bed, TV, a high table and closets. Sliding doors lead to the alcove bedroom, which features a double bed. The open kitchen of the studio is equipped with four electric burners, a small electric oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a fridge / freezer, a microwave oven and a dishwasher. A washing machine can also be found in the kitchen. The bathroom contains a bathtub with handheld showerhead, washbasin and a large mirror; the toilet is separate. Lastly, linen and towels are provided upon arrival.

You can find the alcove studio at Avenue du Docteur Raymond Picaud between Boulevard de la Mer and Résidence les Magnolias in Cannes. The city in the South of France is famous for the Cannes Film Festival, as well as its beautiful beaches, boulevard and views of the Mediterranean Sea. You will find the nearest beach about two blocks from the apartment! The train station, Gare de Cannes La Bocca, is also located next to the sea, and you can easily catch a train to the city center here. Alternatively, there is also a bus stop close to the apartment, where buses leave for the center about every 15 minutes. Furthermore, you will find many restaurants, cafes and shops along the Avenue Francis Tonner about 500 meters (1600 feet) from the apartment.
