This one bedroom apartment is located on the 1st French floor of a post-war building with elevator facing the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment has a south exposure.
There is a nice terrace with sea view.
The apartment is wonderfully located on avenue Docteur PICAUD in the western part of Cannes, near the sea.
You can walk from the apartment within 15 minutes to Le Suquet, and 25 mn to the Palais de Festival.
The beach is nearby (Boulevard du Midi). Restaurants, cafés are all around. All commodities are within walking distance.

The living area is furnished with a double size sofa bed , various cupboards and a dining table.
A large French sliding bay window gives access to the terrace. There is TV and a stereo.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
At the entrance of the studio, you will also find 2 bunk beds.
The open kitchen is equipped with four electric burners, a small electric oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, a refrigerator / freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a washbasin and a bathtub with handheld shower head.There is a separate toilet.
The Apartment has Air Conditioning.
You will enjoy the large sunny terrace with garden furniture offering a nice views onto and the sea (and the Lerins Islands) and the garden.
A private parking space is available and will have access to a share swimming pool.
There is a bus stop close to the residence with busses every 15mn to the town centre and train station.
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel ... or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Cannes train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
This accommodation is available for weekly rentals or monthly rentals throughout the year. It can accommodate 4 people.
