The layout is as follows :

The apartment is located on the first French floor of a villa. You have access to it via a terrace.
The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed (2 pull out beds than can make either 2 single beds or a double bed), a coffee table, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a dining table.
There is a TV and a window opening onto the garden.
The separate eat in kitchen is equipped with 4 gas burners and a stove (with extractor), a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven, a toaster and a coffee marker. There is a dining table and a window onto the garden
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a built-in closet. A French door gives direct access to the terrace.
The bathroom has a washbasin a small tub and a French bidet. There is a washing machine.
There is a separate toilet
The apartment is completely independent from the other part of the villa where the owners live (Separate entrance).

You will enjoy the large shared garden planted with pine trees, including a shared swimming pool.
Neighborhood :
It is located in a residential area of Rognes (4 mn drive from the village), less than 15 minutes drive from North from Aix en Provence (20 km), 50 minutes drive from Marseille. The property is advisable for nature lovers.
Main shops are available in the village of Rognes.
The location is also ideal to take day trips to the French Riviera, or short trips to the Mount Sainte Victoire, famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . Aix is less than 15 minutes drive, you are less than an hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and a 15 minutes from the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is famous for its historic center but also summer festivals (classical and lyric) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
20 km from Aix en Provence , 50 km from Marseilles.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
