Peaceful and Spacious 5 Bedroom Bastide with swimming-pool in the country side of Aix en Provence, near Puyricard.Located 3km from Aix en Provence city centre , this 19th Century refurbished property can accommodate 7/8 people. It is a three floors accommodation with garden and swimming pool. The layout is as follows : Ground Floor : ---------------- You enter the house via an entrance hall.The comfortable lounge is composed of a double convertible sofa-bed, a double sofa, a coffee table, large bookshelves and a fire place. There is a window opening onto the garden.Next is the separate fully equipped eat-in-kitchen with 4 gas burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator and freezer and a dish washer. There is a coffee maker and a toaster. A large rectangle dining table is available.From this room you have a direct access to the garden and the laundry room equipped with a dishwasher, a dryer and an extra freezer.There is a separate WC. First Floor : ---------------- A second living room (reading & TV Room) is available on this floor. It is furnished with a large sofa and bookshelves. A spiral staircase leads to an area of the upper floor to which tenants will not have access.A small office (desk + shelves) is also available on this floor.Three bedrooms are available on the first French Floor.The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers.
