This studio with open kitchen is located in the heart of Aix en Provence, near the "Palais de Justice".
It can accommodate up to 4 people for short term rentals and one person for long term.
The apartment is located at the 1st French floor of a building with security access.
The living/bedroom is furnished with a double convertible sofabed and a large wardrobe. A fan is available.
There is a large flat screen TV and a window opening onto the quiet street.
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 gas burners, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster. It has most necessary cooking utensils.
There is a dining table and a washing machine
There is a double mezzanine bed (mattress on the floor).
The bathroom has a washbasin and shower. Toilet is separate.
There is a Wifi Internet Access and Air Conditioning.
Neighborhood :
The best advantage of the studio is its central location, a block from the Cour Mirabeau, near the "Palais de Justice" in the heart of the historic city of Aix en Provence.
Hundred of Bars/Cafes, restaurants, shops are at your dorstep.
There is a very convenient WIFI Spot available at the bar across the street.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
