Lovely 4 Bedroom (two bathrooms) Villa with swimming pool and garden near Aix

This 180m2 villa is available for monthly rentals only.
The layout is as follows :
Ground floor :
Large living room is composed of large sofa , two armchairs, a coffee table and a cupboard. There are 2 large French windows with direct access to the terrace and the garden and a fireplace. It is equipped with a TV and a DVD.
The dining area is furnished with a round dining table with matching chairs.
The separate eat in kitchen (with large rectangle dining table) is fully equipped with 4 gas burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a fridge/freezer. There is a coffee maker and a toaster.
There is a separate WC and a laundry room.
The staircase gives access to four bedrooms.
First French floor :
At the same level you will find four bedrooms one with a king size bed, two with double beds and one (also used as a library room) with a double convertible sofa bed.
These bedrooms share two bathrooms with a washbasin, a tub with shower device and a toilet.
All bedrooms offer great views onto the garden.
There is a garage and you access the property through an automated gate.
Garden :
The large garden is very agreeable, planted with lawn and trees. Some garden furniture is also available.
You will enjoy the swimming pool. A private parking space is available.
Neighborhood :
You will find all necessary shop within a few minutes.
This villa is located in a small village, at a few minutes from Aix en Provence . You have access to Aix en Provence by bus or road. The villa is ideally located to discover the Provence region. Various Golf courses are available in the Aix en Provence region.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (Luberon, Alpilles, French Riviera including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
