Located on avenue Thiers, between Boulevard Gambetta & Avenue Jean Medecin, 10 minutes from Nice centre, this studio can accommodate 1 person (2 people for short term rentals only).
The open kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two electric burners and a microwave oven. It is furnished with built in closets.
The living room is furnished with a sofa and small single beds and a dining table., chairs and bookcases.
There are two windows opening onto the Avenue.
The bathroom has a tub and a washbasin.
There is a separate WC
This studio is ideal for students. There is A/C.
The apartment is on Avenue Thiers in Nice, within short distance from Nice Train Station, it is about 10mn walk from the Promenade des Anglais.

Most shops are available with short walking distance.
Nice a large city of the French Riviera. This town is very attractive for tourism and the climate is one of the best in France. Very close to Monaco and the Italian border, Nice is ideally located. In about an hour drive from Nice you will have access to some skiing resorts. Nice is attractive all year long.
Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the Baie des Anges, is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot: the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences.
With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
Access:
The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), has been built on land reclaimed on the sea, and offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris.
