This adorable loft apartment is located in a peaceful street close to boulevard Carnot, 5mn drive from La Croisette, the Palais des Festivals and the beach.
It can accommodate 4 people. It is an duplex loft with one double bedroom.
The layout is as follows :
You access the apartment via an internal staircase (2nd and #3rd French Floor)

Entering the loft, you will find a large living space, furnished with a double convertible sofa-bed, coffee table and armchairs. There is a fireplace.
The dining area is furnished with a large rectangle dining table.
There is a counter with high stools, to separate the kitchen from the small living room.
The open kitchen is equipped with four electric vitro- ceramic hot plates, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has all necessary cooking utensils.
The bathroom has a double washbasin, a tub and a separate stall shower.
There is a toilet.

The wooden staircase gives access to mezzanine spleeping area (opening onto the living).
This space is furnished with a double bed with bedside tables , an armchair and a desk. There is a TV.
There is an en-suite toilet with small washbasin.
From the living area you have access to a lovely south exposed terrace.(overlooking the swimming pool on one side)
Outside : You will enjoy the following equipment in the building (shared with other apartments from the private residence) swimming pool, gym, squash and sauna.

Parking space is available in the street.
The apartment is wonderfully located: Quiet neighborhood, 5 mn from the center.
The beach is at walking distance (15mn walk - 5 mn drive).
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others
Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
Access :
The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
