Peaceful 3 bedroom House in Marseille Centre - (Vauban Quarter)

This independent house on 3 levels is located in Marseilles 6th arrondissement.
The layout is as follows :
Ground Level :

You enter the house through a small hallway
The living room is furnished with a large sofa, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a bookshelf and a large cupboard.
There is a dining table and a small TV
A French window gives access to a nice paved terrace.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with vitro ceramic hotplate, multi-function oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker and toaster.
There is a washer and dryer.
First French Floor :

The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with a double bed with bed-side tables, a built-in closet, bookshelves and a TV. There is a window overlooking the terrace offering nice views onto Notre Dame de La Garde.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single bunk beds and a chest of drawers.
The bathroom has a washbasin and a tub with shower device.
There is a separate toilet.
Second French Floor :

Wooden stairs give access to the upper level where you will find the third bedroom of the house is furnished with a double bed and a desk. There is a skylight
There is a DSL internet access.
The house is in a "Cul de Sac" street which guarantees there is no traffic nearby.
Outside :

You will enjoy the lovely paved terrace with BBQ and garden furniture.
The house is located in Marseilles Vauban Area. It offers nice views onto Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral. It is ideal whether you come to Marseilles on vacation or for work.
All commodities are nearby : Shops, bakeries, restaurants...
It is only 5 minutes from the Famous Notre Dame de la Garde, the Vieux Port and the sea.
Access :
There is a bus stop on Boulevard Notre Dame (a few mn walk away)
The nearest subway station are Estrangin Prefecture (Line # 1) and Vieux Port (Line #1). There is a parking lot within short distance.
Access to Marseilles :
Marseilles Provence International Airport (30 mn from the center)
Train : Gare Saint Charles with the high speed TGV giving access to and from Paris in 3hours ½ but also Nice, Cannes and the Alps is about 3 hours.
Highways from and two all directions (East to the French Riviera, North East to the southern Alps, West to the Cote Blue and Spain, North to Lyon and Paris.
Marseilles is a large Mediterranean city. It is famous for its 'Vieux Port', 'La Canebière', Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral.
