This contemporary apartment is exceptionally located in the new Sextius Mirabeau area of Aix en Provence facing the famous Rotonde and the Cours Mirabeau.
You access this upscale Residence with security system and videophone through a nice square nearby the Rotonde.
The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator.
The apartment faces east and offer stunning views onto the old town, the Cours Mirabeau and the Mount Sainte Victoire.
The spacious living room is furnished with a leather sofa and armchairs and a coffee table.
The dining are is equipped with a round dining table and a cupboard.
A large sliding bay window gives access to a large paves terrace with garden furnitures.

In addition to the terrace, a balcony runs all around the apartment so that the 2 bedrooms also have a direct access to the outside via a French door).

The best advantage of this apartment in addition to its high quality is its central location, very accessible by car and in the heart of the city center (a minute walk from the famous Cours Mirabeau).
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
