The living room is an open and bright space with air-conditioning. It is furnished with a sofa, 3 armchairs, a TV (with cable), a DVD player, a stereo, a coffee table, a rack, a little square table. It has access to the balcony by 2 French windows.
The dinning area is furnished with an armchair, a table and up to 6 chairs.
At the right of the living room is a corridor leading to the bedroom, the bathroom and a separate WC.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk with a chair, an armchair and a closet. A picture window opens to a balcony with many plants.
In the bathroom there is a bath, a washbasin, and a stool.

The apartment is very close to the « Vieux Port » (5 mn walk) and to the « Panier quarter ». The Panier Quarter with its many narrow and sloping streets was the previous heart of Marseilles built on what was the old Marseilles. It has a quaint style with its colorful houses.
It is located between the « Vieux Port » and Boulevard des Dames.
Marseilles is the third city in France (for the number of inhabitants) after Paris and Lyon.
It is famous for its large harbour but also the "Vieux Port" and la Canebière. Marseilles was founded 2600 years ago and after many years of crisis has become a very trendy place.
Close to Marseilles are "Les Calanques", Cassis (15km), Toulon (50km), and Aix en Provence (30km).
