One bedroom apartment with balconies in Marseille - Panier Quarter
|
This one bedroom apartment is located in the second Marseilles district and is on the third French floor of the building which has security system. It can accommodate 2 people (3 people for less than a month rentals).
Entering the apartment, you will find the entrance, the living room straight ahead and the separate kitchen to your left.
The entrance is furnished with a desk, a chair, a chest of drawers and a large mirror.
In the kitchen there is microwave oven, an oven, a dishwasher, a sink, a fridge/freezer, a vent hood, 2 induction hobs and a kitchen dresser. It opens onto a long balcony with washing machine, table and 2 chairs, it is perfect for sunny breakfasts.
The living room is an open and bright space with air-conditioning. It is furnished with a sofa, 3 armchairs, a TV (with cable), a DVD player, a stereo, a coffee table, a rack, a little square table. It has access to the balcony by 2 French windows. The dinning area is furnished with an armchair, a table and up to 6 chairs.
At the right of the living room is a corridor leading to the bedroom, the bathroom and a separate WC.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, 2 bedside tables, a desk with a chair, an armchair and a closet. A picture window opens to a balcony with many plants.
In the bathroom there is a bath, a washbasin, and a stool.
Neighborhood :
The apartment is very close to the « Vieux Port » (5 mn walk) and to the « Panier quarter ». The Panier Quarter with its many narrow and sloping streets was the previous heart of Marseilles built on what was the old Marseilles. It has a quaint style with its colorful houses. It is located between the « Vieux Port » and Boulevard des Dames.
Marseilles is the third city in France (for the number of inhabitants) after Paris and Lyon. It is famous for its large harbour but also the "Vieux Port" and la Canebière. Marseilles was founded 2600 years ago and after many years of crisis has become a very trendy place. Close to Marseilles are "Les Calanques", Cassis (15km), Toulon (50km), and Aix en Provence (30km).
Access :
Motorways from and to Marseilles in all directions. You can travel to Marseilles by TGV or fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (30km away).
