Charming studio with mezzanine in the center of Aix en Provence

This studio with open kitchen is located in the heart of Aix en Provence, near « Les Allées Provençales » and the « Cour Mirabeau ». It is located at the ground floor and it can accommodate up to 2 people for long term rentals. The living/bedroom is furnished with a double convertible sofabed, a dinning table and a TV and DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric hotplates, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a coffee maker. It has most necessary cooking utensils. In the bathroom there is a shower, a washbasin, a washing machine. There is a separate toilet. Wooden stairs give access to a mezzanine with a double mattress as well. Neighborhood : The best advantage of the studio is its central location, near the Cour Mirabeau in the new quarter « Les Allées Provençales » in Aix en Provence (new Sextius-Mirabeau quarter). Hundred of Bars/Cafes, restaurants, shops are at your dorstep. Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center. It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne). The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). Access : 40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix). You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
