This 5 bedroom - villa with large garden is located in the immediate vicinity of a typical Provencal village of the Gard (departement), near Pont du Gard and Avignon

The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with a double size bed and a built-in closet. There a small TV screen.

There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, stall shower and toilet.

The second bedroom is furnished with single bed (it is actually 1.20M large, which is larger than single French standard) and a wardrobe and built in closet.
The third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. There is a French window giving direct access onto the terrace and garden.


A small laundry room is available with a washing machine.

The large bathroom has a double washbasin and a tub with shower device.

The wooden spiral staircase gives access to the first French floor.

First French Floor :

Two bedrooms are available on this floor. Both are equipped with a double bed, a desk and built-in closet and have a window opening onto the garden.

The closest Highway exit are Remoulins and Marguerittes on the A9.
By train, the closest station served by the high-speed TGV is Nîmes or Avignon (3hours and 40 minutes from Paris). The closest airport is Nîmes-Arles-Camargue, which is only for domestic flights. International connections will be made through Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
