Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a villa with garden and swimming pool access in Aubagne - Near Aix en Provence - Cassis and Marseilles
The villa with large garden stands in a peaceful area of the town of Aubagne, a few minutes from the centre. It can accommodate 4 people maximum (for weekly rentals).
The layout is as follows :
This tastefully decorated apartment is attached to a large villa but you have a lot of privacy (private terrace and garden space).
You enter the property through the spacious living room furnished with a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table.
There is a large bay window opening onto the garden and a working fire-place.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with 2 gas burners, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher. All necessary cooking utensils are at your disposal.
Off the kitchen is the spacious bathroom with a washbasin, a tub with shower devise and a toilet (there is a window).
The first bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. There is a built-in closet and a window facing the garden.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed with bed side tables and a built-in closet. There is a window overlooking the garden.
A high speed DSL Internet Access is available.
You also have access to a convenient laundry room (outside the apartment).

You will enjoy the lovely sunny Terrace with dining table and garden furniture.
At the end of the majestic garden is a large swimming pool (9Mx5M) with deck chairs.
Guests will be able to access the pool during specific time frames.
Parking for 2 cars is available in the courtyard that is found entering the property.
The property has a fully enclosed garden (owners have pets) with automated gate access.

In Aubagne you will find all necessary shops.(on Sunday a lovely market takes place).
A large shopping center is available in Aubagne at a few minutes drive. This Provencal town is at the door of the Garlaban (west ) and the Sainte Beaume (east) mounts which were made famous by the author Marcel Pagnol. This authentic provencal town is well know for its tradition of terracotta products. Every two years Aubagne holds an international event dedicated to ceramics and terracotta (Argilla)

The "Vieux Port"in Marseilles with possible access to the "Château d'If " by boat.
Aix en Provence and its pedestrian streets, very agreeable at night with lots of restaurants.
The small town of Cassis by the sea, its Port and rambles to "Les Calanques".
The "Bandol" vineyards.
The Castellet historic village on top of the hills facing the village of "La Cadière d'Azur".
You can also go for wonderful walks in "Les Calanques", The "Sainte Victoire and the Garlaban" Moutains.
