Located less than 2 km from Aix en Provence city center (Aix en Provence - Marseille, in the South of France), this studio house with private terrace is located at the end of peaceful street, near Lycée Cezanne (East of Aix Centre). This furnished studio house is detached from another larger villa where the owners live. But you have an entire privacy This furnished studio house is very well equipped, has high ceilings and is very bright (sliding bay window, skylight). There is a private parking space. This apartment has a sliding bay window opening onto a private terrace with views onto the countryside. In addition to the double convertible sofa bed, a mezzanine bed is available (for 1 person only). Neighborhood : This apartment is about 15 mn to 20 min walk from the city centre, very close to main shops : as there is a small shopping area within a few minutes (grocery, supermarket, pharmacy...). Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center. It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). Access : 40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
