This fully furnished one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Aix en Provence (Aix en Provence - Marseille, in the South of France).
This spacious property is located on the garden level of an antique building with interphone access.

This apartment is composed of a large living room, a large open kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms. It is tastefuly decorated.
The living room can sleep 2 people and has it s private ensuite shower room in addition to the other one which is ensuite of the bedroom.

There is laundry room with washer and dryer.

This vacation rental is south exposed and offers nice views onto the garden.
The garden is shared with the owners but you have a private space with summer kitchen and a large terrace.
A private parking is available on demand.

This one bedroom apartment is located on Boulevard du Roi Rene in the heart of Aix en Provence. (Aix en Provence - Marseille in the South of France.)

The famous Cours Mirabeau is only two blocks away. All shops (cafes, restaurants, boutiques...) are therefore easy to reach.

Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).

Access :

40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).

    My wife and I considered the apartment in Aix to be of very high standard. Facilities were excellent, the apartment was spacious, well designed, clean and well appointed. The large garden was a highlight.

    The owner also provided thoughtful touches such as travel guides and advice, as well as kitchen provisions.

    Overall, we were very impressed by the apartment and would definitely return there if we go back to Aix.
