This fully furnished three bedroom vacation rental is located Biot - near Antibes in the South of France. The two-story home, designed by a famous architect, was built in 1970 and is situated in a calm and safe neighborhood, near the ocean. It is part of a large complex, where all the villas are the same style, although each one is unique. The villas look onto a large, shared circular pool with landscaped gardens; an on-site guard secures the premises.

Although the accommodation has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total, please note that only the 130-meter lower level is offered for rent. It consists of a large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The living room features an exposed-stone wall and is furnished with several sofas and chairs, as well as a dining table that seats four guests. Sliding glass doors allow in a lot of natural light and grant access to the lovely terrace. It has a western exposure and overlooks the beautiful private garden that surrounds the villa. The modern separate kitchen has white cabinetry that provides ample storage space. It is equipped with all of the main cooking utensils and appliances, including a practical dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There are two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, each with a shower stall and washbasin. The two toilets are separate. The third bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds (single-size) and can therefore accommodate 4 guests. It also has a table, as well as a desk and chair to work from home, as you will also benefit from wireless internet access. A third bathroom includes a shower stall, sink, and wall-mounted mirror.

This three bedroom vacation rental is located about 1 km from the village of Biot - near Antibes in the French Riviera. The village is close enough that you can walk there and it offes all sorts of shops and restaurants. The Mediterranean Sea is less than 3 km away! The Antibes train station is within close proximity and the Nice Côte d'Azur Airport provides access to both local and international flights.
