This fully furnished studio is located in Cap D'Ail, French Riviera, in the South of France.
The apartment is located on the 4th French floor of a residence with elevator, security access (concierge) and a private collective park. Wireless Internet access is available.

The beach at Cap d'Ail is one of the prettiest on the Cote d'Azur and has received the European Blue Flag for 2005 for the purity of the water.
A very typical pedestrian coastal path runs very close to the Residence. Cap d'Ail offers magnificent public gardens. There are gyms in Cap d'Ail, near the port to Monaco, as well more gym options in Monaco.
You will be able to make your daily shopping in the village 10 minutes walk only from the accommodation.(Bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, laundromat, grocery store, butchers, post office...)
Cap D'ail is a small town located on the French Riviera in the South of France, just by the border between France and Monaco.
This apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the plage Mala, an exclusive beach with restaurants. Close to shopping amenities, restaurants and the cosmopolitan life of Monte Carlo.
In about an hour drive from this area you will have access to some ski resorts or in less than an hour, go shopping to San Remo- Italy. Cap d'Ail is attractive all year long. Tennis, sailing and scuba diving are available locally but also theatre, opera and concerts a 5 minutes drive away.

It was a very pleasant experience. The landlord was very accommodative and helpful. Very clean and spacious studio. View of the ocean was absolutely breathtaking. I will definitely come back. Every single amenity was provided. Location very convenient to all parts of French Riveria and Northern Italy. Excellent bargain. |

Everything went very well with these first NYHabitat guests. We were not present to greet them since we just happened to be in New York for our daughter's wedding!! With emails and our daughter's help, communications were smooth, we sent them the keys to the studio and could almost have met our guests on the American continent. When will we welcome the next Americans? |
