Villa with swimming pool in the countryside of Beaucaire 20 minutes from Arles

This 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom villa can accommodate 8 people. It is available for summer rentals only : June and September (2 weeks maximum) & during the whole months of July and August.
You enter the house through a large French door leading to the main living/dining area.
The living room is furnished with two beige sofas, a glass lounge table, a rectangular chest ; it has a beautiful fireplace. For your entertainment, there is a TV, a VCR and a stereo. The living room is approximately 40 sqm. The dining/room entrance 9about 40 sqm as well) is furnished with a wooden table, armoire and sideboards. The dining table seats 4 people.
The kitchen is pretty large and fully equipped : induction burners, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a dishwasher. There is a table seating 3 people and a counter that separates the kitchen from another small dining area furnished with a round table and 4 chairs.
Upstairs on the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
All the bedrooms have double size beds, large closets, pairs of nightstands, and windows.
One of them has a dressing room. They all share the same large marble bathroom, which has a bathtub, a stall shower, and a double sink with mirror. The bathroom has a window. The WC is separated.
Downstairs, the basement is currently renovated. It is actually the ground floor when you are at the back of the house. Unfortunately we couldn't take any pictures at the time of the visit because it was a building site and wasn't ready to be shot. Next summer, there will be a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds, and a small bathroom.
Outside, the garden (about 3000 sqm) has a swimming pool that is not surrounded by any protective device. For parents with children you will have to look after them.
The swimming pool is 6 x 12 meters and has a diving board. Nearby is an ancient well surrounded by beautiful collection iris flowers. There is also an ancient cedar. Parking spaces are available just after the entrance of the property, in front of the villa.
Beaucaire is situated on the riverside of the Rhone, one of the fourth largest rivers in France. The center of the town has beautiful pedestrian streets and used to be a famous regional market town. Of course, there are banks, restaurants, pharmacies, several supermarkets, a hypermarket (Carrefour is 3 kilometers form the villa itself), and all the shops and services you would expect from a regional hub : bars, restaurants and boutiques of souvenirs.
The regional center and seat of the department, Nīmes, is 20 minutes to the west. Here you find large department stores, luxury shops, and wide pedestrian avenues through its large and lovely historical quarter. The Nīmes train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "train grande vitesse," only three hours to Paris). The "Nīmes-Arles-Camargue Airport", 30 minutes drive away, has daily domestic flights from/to Paris, where most international flight connections are made through.
To the south the land flattens toward the Mediterranean and the natural reserve of La Camargue is worth the trip : flamingos, white horses, black bulls and a few mosquitoes ! With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Saint-Rémy de Provence and the Alpilles are only 20 minutes away and Avignon only 1/2 hour. The French Riviera is about less than 3 hours away.
