This fully furnished five bedroom five bath villa is located on the French riviera in Nice, South of France.
This upscale Provence style villa is set up the hills Between Nice and Villefranche sur mer.
It is surrounded by a large landscaped garden and swimming pool.
This vacation rental is built in a typical Provencal style. It has been designed in oder to take the best advantage of the property's stunning sea views.
There are two levels.(Garden and upper level).
The living room and master bedroom have air conditioning.
In addition to the main kitchen on the upper level, you ll find an extra kitchen with breakfast table.
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and garbage disposal. This kitchen has an exit to the side terrace, and together with the third bedroom and its adjacent bathroom can be used as a separate apartment.
This accommodation is south exposed. The living room and dining room overlook the sea through large bay windows. The four lower level bedrooms open onto a terrace with the nice sea views too.
Like from the villa, you will enjoy spectacular views form the large fenced swimming pool. The pool is next to a large terrace with deck furniture.
Outside : The main terrace is set along the main facade of the villa. It cab be shaded by an electric shade and has a seating area. A separate covered terrace (east) opens from the dining room.
The garden level terrace also has garden furniture and umbrella as well as a BBQ.
The 3000 m2 landscaped garden is enclosed and partly obscured by plants. It is planted with typical mediterranean trees : fig tree, cypress, olive and fruit trees.
Neighboorhood and access :
The villa is situated over Col de Villefranche in Nice, French Riviera , up a hill that rises from the Mediterranean between Nice and Villefranche sur Mer. Main shops (food, super market) are just 10 min walk from the villa. The nearest beach is less than 10 min. drive away. The motorway but also the Basse, moyenne and haute Corniche roads will enable you to reach the nearby villages (Villefranche sur Mer, Eze sur Mer...) but also Monaco with its Grand Casino (20 min drive east of the property as well as to the west : Nice (5 minutes drive), Nice international Airport (15 min drive) and Cannes (45 min drive).
