South France Accommodation Studio in Cannes, French Riviera (PR-1115)

Situated in the city of Cannes on the South of France's French Riviera, this fully furnished studio gives you beautiful views from a 5th floor balcony (6th for Americans). The entrance to the building is managed for you by a concierge and features an intercom, all you have to do is take the elevator on up!

The nautral light is the first thing you notice when entering the studio, not only because this region is known for its sun and pleasant weather, but also due to the large glass sliding doors that face north, with a balcony overlooking a nearby street. Crossing the living room you can walk a few steps to reach the terrace and fully enjoy the view over the city given by your high location, unobscured by surrounding buildings. The studio itself feels modern due to its stylish furniture and layout; a washing machine also adds convenience. The main room is furnished with two single sized beds that can be pushed together to create a larger bed for two persons, offering flexibilty for different needs.

For an additional fee, you can also request the apartment to be cleaned for you, arrangements to be made with the owner.

Being located on Avenue Flotte, this studio is a short stroll (only 100 meters) through Cannes' winding streets to the main local street: Boulevard Carnot. From there you can take various buses around Cannes as well as the bus #630 to go to Cannes' city center, Sophia Antipolis or Valbonne or the bus to go to the airport. Downtown in the city center you will find stores, restaurants and entertainment, as well as access to most parts of the region via the downtown train station. The area also gives access to many beaches along the coast, most notably the "Croisette Plage", that you can access via buses and is within walking distance for the more adventurous. You will also have various small parks around for a walking/relaxing combination, the main one being Square Carnot a little higher on the street sharing its name.
