The first you see when entering the accommodation is the living area, opening on the balcony through sizeable bay windows, letting you enjoy the daylight effects on the dark-tiled floors and white walls. This room falls into a reception area with a coffee table and a comfy sofa queen bed facing a large flat-screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player. It's open onto a modern and equipped kitchen which style matches the décor of the whole apartment, tasteful, modern and sober. The kitchen features a dining table sitting 5 and comes with the major appliances and utensils you might need to cook as well as a dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed and sizeable storage room in built-in closets and shelving spaces. It also opens on the balcony, furnished with table and chairs and overlooking a landscaped garden. The bathroom, coming with bathtub-shower and washing machine, fits the overall decoration of the apartment as well. Please note that a cleaning service can be provided upon request.

The Museum of Contemporary Art of the City is also two blocks south from your building and you can reach the Prado beach after a 1.1 mile (1.77 km) stroll! The famous Parc Borely and its hippodrome are just 0.8 mile (1.28 km) away just next to the Mediterranean. The closest calanques (natural creeks by the cliffs) are just 3 miles (4.8 km) away as the Rond-Point du Prado, home to the eponymous subway station and to the renowned Stade Velodrome are just 1.7 mile away (2.7 km), walk or take the public transportation to commute anywhere in the largest city of the South of France! If you feel like going any further, the Marseille-Saint Charles is easily reachable since on the two metro lines and so are the highways, accessible from the very city center!
