This 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom house is ideally located just a stone's throw from the beach. It offers a large living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms (including a master bedroom with its private en-suite bathroom), a study and a laundry room. The whole house is furnished with Antiques and is about 240 sqm. It can accommodate 8 people. There is an enclosed garden of 2,500 sqm and a swimming pool (6 x 10 meters). At the back of the property, an iron gate opens onto a backyard with plenty of parking space, which is a very good amenity when you are this close to the beaches and the centre-ville.
Garden Level :
The lounge is furnished with large sofas, a couple of armchairs, a coffee table, and an armoire. A south exposed French door looks onto the garden and on the opposite wall another one leads to the yard. On the side, another French door leads to the dining room. In the dining room the rectangular dining table seats 8 people, and a breakfast corner. Several dressers with plates, dishes and tablecloths are located one in the dining room. On one side glass door leads to the left of a bright and well ventilated kitchen with a view on the back yard and a sunny inner yard on the other side. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances (double oven, micro wave oven, 5 fires gas stove, powerful extractor, a dish washer, two refrigerators and a deep freezer). Moreover, the natural gas heater, which supplies hot water to the central heating system, but also the full house. Within the same level, the following are also included: a spare shower with a toilet, and an efficiently equipped laundry (washer and dryer which hold a 7 kg capacity).
On the ground floor the first bedroom with double size bed can be found. The bathroom is across the hallway (bathtub/shower, sink and separated water closet). The study which is right by the bedroom has a French door that leads to the garden, a desk, a single bed and a TV. These two rooms can be used as a private "suite" if needed since this option can allowed a private access from both the front terrace or the dining area.
Second Level :
The master bedroom has a double size bed, a window overlooking the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, and a bathtub/shower.
There is another bedroom with two twin beds and a fourth bedroom with twin beds as well and a private stall shower bathroom. a 5th bedroom will be closed during rentals.
Bed linens and bath linens will be provided. Maid service as well as a baby sitter and a cook are available upon request.
A sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk from the property (150 meters). There is a free public beach and a private beach (if you want to rent a mattress with a parasol)
The property is situated between Antibes downtown and the Cap d'Antibes (famous for its billionaires and its beautiful mansions). The center of Antibes with its many restaurants, shops and cafés is nearby. Antibes is actually the Riviera's second largest town. It spreads outwards from its original town fortified with ramparts. The old town is a labyrinth of narrow allies and pleasant streets in the warm honey-colored stone used to build most of its historic monuments such as Vauban's construction of the Fort Carré.
A few kilometers to the west, just after the Cap d'Antibes, Juan-les-Pins is known as one of the coolest bathing resort on the Côte d'Azur. The town is especially well known for its connections with the world of jazz (several streets and squares have been named after famous jazz musicians) and its lively nightlife. Nice, the regional center and seat of the department, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only four hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 30-40 minutes away.
