Quiet 2 bedroom apartment in the countryside of Aix en Provence.
The apartment is located at the first French floor of four floors building. It can accommodate 5 people maximum.
The layout is as follows :
The fully equipped open kitchen / living room is equipped with two electric gas burners, an extractor, a refrigerator, a coffee maker. It has most necessary cooking utensils.
There is a round dining table, a sofa and a large closet.
The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds, bed side tables and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds, a bookcase and a TV. (An extra single bed is available upon request).
These rooms share a large bathroom equipped with a double washbasin, a tub and a washing machine.
There is a separate WC.
A small private garden is accessible next to the apartment.
A Private parking space is available. The property is surround by one of the most enchanting landscapes around Aix-en-Provence. The private estate and the swimming pool are shared with people leaving in the main house.
Neighborhood :
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center.
It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
