Large and Comfortable house in Puget / Durance Luberon
|
This lovely house with a large garden and swimming pool is located in the Luberon region in a very peaceful area. It is a 240 m2 five bedroom house with two bathrooms.
Locate in a 3000 m2 garden, this large house was built recently.
The layout is as follows :
-Ground floor :
The 75 M2 living room faces a large Terrace and the garden, it is nicely decorated with a large fireplace and terracotta tiles. It is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table, a round dining table and equipped with a stereo and a TV.
The open kitchen is ideally equipped with all necessary utensils and house ware.
It is equipped with a dining table, a stove, a brick oven (to bake bread) and gas burners a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, an extractor, a microwave, coffee maker and a toaster.
Just by the kitchen is a dining area with a large dining table and a cupboard also facing a large terrace and the garden.
You then have access to a small store where you will find a washing machine, a dryer and a closet.
Next door is a small children bedroom with two single beds.
The ground floor has two more 12 m2 bedrooms sharing a large bathroom (all tiled) with a double washbasin and a tub. There is a separate wc. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two single beds.
There is also a dressing with built in closets.
- First Floor :
The stairs give access to two more bedrooms and cosy 20 m2 living room over looking the ground floor living room. It is furnished with a small desk, two armchairs and a coffee table.
The two 12m2 bedrooms each have a double bed and give access to a small terrace. These rooms share a bathroom with a double washbasin and a shower (all tiled), a separate wc and a dressing.
The garden is very peaceful and down the stairs you will find a beautiful 6M * 12M swimming pool (with a very private environment), garden furniture, a pool house and summer kitchen.
You also have access to a large underground garage where you can play table tennis.
Neighborhood :
Puget, Vaucluse is a nice village in the Luberon region, famous for it's landscapes and villages overlooking the valley and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Acces :
70 km from Marseilles, 20 km from Pertuis, 35 km from Aix en Provence, 55 km from Avignon and 30 km from Cavaillon.
You can get to Puget by road or by train (TGV to Avignon or Aix). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles and drive from there.
