Cozy Studio with sloping ceiling overlooking the roofs - Top floor (with elevator )

This mansard-roofed studio of about 25 sqm is located on the top floor of a building dating from the 19 th Century, with intercom system and elevator. The building faces the Old Harbor. However, the apartment itself is at the back of the building (northern exposure) facing the mountains. This accommodation is available for weekly rentals during summer and monthly rentals throughout the year. It can accommodate 2 people. The living area is about 20 sqm and is furnished with a trundle bed that can sleep one or two people, a dresser, an armoire and a dining table seating 4. There is a TV and a window that faces the back of the building and the surrounding hills. During summer time an hair cooler can be provided if needed. The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric burners, a microwave, a refrigerator / freezer, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a stall shower, a sink with mirror, and water closet. The apartment is located near all the shops and hypermarkets. Laundromats, dry-cleaners, groceries, bakeries - you are in one of the French largest cities and everything is within reach. However, free parking spaces are hard to find in this area ! The apartment is not far away from the "Moyenne Corniche" that leads from Nice towards Villefranche Sur Mer and Monaco (and vice-versa). Nice, nestled amidst hills and tucked into the unrivalled setting of the "Baie des Anges", is famous for its liveliness and its dynamism. It is also, after Paris, the city that boasts the higher number of Museums in France ; among others, the Chagall Museum and the Matisse Museum. But Nice is also a real melting pot : the city has preserved numerous traces of its eventful past and the diversity of its architecture shows how numerous were the worldwide influences. The Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours from Paris). The international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur), situated 15 minutes drive from the apartment, has been built on land reclaimed on the sea. It offers daily flights to/from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, Italy is only 20-30 minutes away.
