Cosy 3 bedroom/2bathroom Country House with billards Room and large garden - Near Avignon

This lovely country house with a garden and Billards Room is located in Avignon region in a very peaceful area. It is a three bedroom/two bathrooms property. It can accommodate 6 people.
The layout is as follows :
Ground floor :

You enter the house through a large entrance hall. The large living room faces the garden, it is nicely decorated. It is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table. It is equipped with a stereo a TV (satellite) and DVD.
The separate Provence-style kitchen is ideally equipped with all necessary utensils and house ware.
It is equipped with a stove and gas burners, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, an extractor, a microwave, coffee maker and a toaster.
Just by the kitchen is a dining area with a large rectangle dining table and a cupboard.
Next to the kitchen is a small service/laundry room.
At the same level is a large Billiards and Library Room.
There is a separate WC.
First Floor :

The stairs give access to three bedrooms.
The first 22m2 master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a built in closet , a dresser and a TV. It has a large window facing south.
The 12m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bookshelf and a chest of drawers. It has a large window also facing south.
These rooms share a large bathroom with a washbasin and a tub.
The third 14m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet and a bookshelf . The room faces west and the garden.
It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
There is a separate WC.
Outside :

Just by the house you will find an enchanting covered terrace with garden furniture.
The garden is very peaceful, planted with trees and lawn.
Neighborhood :
Althen des Paluds is a small village near Avignon and Carpentras. Main commodities are available in the village.
- Avignon, and its monuments (Pont St Bénézet, Palais des Papes...), the Theater Festival in july, and many museums.
- The Luberon is at 30 mn drive, with its famous villages on the hills (Gordes, Oppède le vieux, Lacoste...), Roussillon...
- Les Alpilles also at 30 mn drive , St Rémy de Provence, Mouriès, Maussane, les Baux de Provence...
- L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue famous for the Antiques village.
- La Route des Vins, "the wine road" (Gigondas and "les Dentelles de Montmirail", Séguret,Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf du Pape...)
- La Camargue is an hour drive from Avignon (Camargue National Park, beaches, Stes Maries de la Mer.)
Access :
80 km from Marseilles, 220 km from Lyon.
You can get to Avignon by road (motorways) or by train (TGV). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles airport.
