Located 2 km from Aix en Provence city center (Aix en Provence - Marseille in the south of France) this 4 bedroom three bath furnished villa can accommodate 7 people for weekly rentals. The layout is as follows : Ground floor : ----------------- This floor is fully Air Conditioned (reversible A/C). The entrance hall of this furnished villa gives access to the lounge to the left and to the dining area straight ahead. The lounge is composed of a large sofa, four armchairs, a coffee table and a cupboard. It is equipped with a TV and a working fireplace. There is a large French door with direct access to the large terrace and the garden. The dining area is furnished with a large rectangle with matching chairs and a cupboard. There are two French doors opening onto the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 induction plates, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a freezer. There is a coffee maker and a toaster. Off the kitchen is store room. There is a direct access onto the terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and bedside tables, a desk and a built-in closet. There is a window facing south and the garden. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe. There is a window. These rooms share a bathroom with a tub and separate shower. There is a separate WC The third bedroom (master) is furnished with a king size bed. There is a south exposed window. This bedroom has ensuite bathroom with stall shower, washbasin and toilet. Basement : ---------------------- At the garden level you will find a small studio composed of a separate bedroom with a king size bed. There is bathroom with a washbasin, a shower and a toilet. There is a large storeroom, laundry space and a garage. Garden : ----------- The garden is planted with trees and lawn. It is ornamented by a swimming pool. A parking space is available. Neighborhood : This villa is located in a quiet residential area of Aix en Provence, about 2km North from the Centre. (Aix en Provence - Marseille) in the South of France. Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center. It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne). The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps). Access : 40 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon. You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way A51 and A8) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseille Provence Airport (15mn drive).
