Great Apartment with Pool in a Sea Front Villa - Boulouris (Internet Access)

This three-bedroom apartment is located on the Ground Floor of a large Villa in Boulouris. (Near Valescure Golf playground).
It can accommodate 5/6 people.
The layout is as follows :
First French Floor :
--------------------
The living room is furnished with a cupboard, two armchairs and a round dining table. A billiards table is available.
There is a large French door opening onto a large with garden furniture, with an amazing view over the sea.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking. There is a microwave oven, four electric burners, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer and a coffee maker.
The first bedroom is furnished with one double bed and one single bed. There is a window facing south and the sea.
The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has a window opening onto the terrace, overlooking the garden and the sea.
The bathroom is all tiled and has a tub.
There is a separate WC.
Lower level (sea level) :

A third bedroom is available on the lower level it is furnished with 2 single beds (advisable for teenagers or yound adults as there is no bathroom on this floor).
There is an Internet DSL Access.

The apartment is located at the ground floor of a private residence.
You will enjoy the large swimming pool with a very private environment and all the services available at walking distance : Bars, restaurants, laundry, bakeries etc.
A Private parking space is available.

Boulouris is a small village in Provence, just half-way between Cannes and Saint Tropez. A part of the city of Saint Raphaël, Boulouris is blessed with numerous small beaches interspersed with short rocky shores.
To the East, from Boulouris to the ports of Mandelieu and Antibes, the volcanic Estérel hills display red rocks plunging into the dark blue Mediterranean sea, along a seashore road known as the "Corniche d'Or" (the Golden Corniche).
Access :
The closet expressway exit is Saint Raphael on the A 8. Then the departmental road leads you to Boulouris in about 15mn drive. ). The "Toulon/Hyères Airport" and Nice Airport are approximately 1 hour drive away. Train station in Saint Raphael.
