Beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom Loft located in the countryside of Lauris - Lubéron - Swimming-pool

Located in the heart of the Luberon, near the picturesque villages of Lourmarin & Lauris, this charming country house has been recently renovated and totally decorated by its owner. The house is actually divided into two parts, with in between a winter garden. This accommodation is either available as a Bed & Breakfast or as a private furnished rental. The independent lofted space consists in three different areas: the large living room, a first open bedroom and its open en-suite bathroom, and upstairs on the mezzanine, a second bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom as well. All the occupants will share the same space; there is no walls separating the rooms. Outside is an exterior little kitchen with refrigerator / freezer, stove, burners and a sink. You will enjoy the swimming pool (shared with the owners) and summer kitchen. The property is located only 2 kilometers from the village of Lauris. In the village are a few cafés and restaurants, but you'll find more in Lourmarin. The closest towns are Aix en Provence (40 kilometers distant) and Avignon (50 kilometers). The location is also perfect for local festivals: Salon with its famous Jazz Festival (Château de L'Amperi) is about 40 minutes drive, Avignon and the Theater Festival, Aix en Provence and the Classical Music Festival are about 45 minutes drive, and last but not least: La Roque d'Anthéron and its Piano Festival is only 15-20 minutes drive away. The famous Sylvacane abbey is also nearby and definitely worth a look! The closest expressway is the A51, exit Pertuis, 20 minutes drive away. The closest train station is at is Aix en Provence - Les Milles, which is served by the TGV (Train Grande Vitesse) that goes to Paris in 3 hours! The closest airport is Marseille - Marignane that has daily flights to Paris or to many other major towns of the world. Or most international connections from France are made through the international airport of Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
