Thanks to the property elevated position, this Villa has a magnificent view over the bay of Miramar and Trayas.
All principal rooms of the villa have sea views, including the living room, the master bedroom, and the bedrooms on the lower floor.
Two floor house of approximately 180 m2; built on a slope with a magnificent Mediterranean terraced garden .
Upper floor :
The separate kitchen is equipped with electric induction plates, an electric oven and ample storage areas. There is a direct access to a covered terrace (north exposed, ideal for al fresco diners).
The large dining room with fireplace is furnished with a large dining table, a sofa, a coffee table, a large bookshelf and a double bed. It has a grandiose sea view, a big terrace looking south with a breath taking view, (part of it is shaded for lunch and dinner.)
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a built in closet. There is a bathroom with a tub (and a washing machine) and a separate WC
Lower floor :
You will find 2 more bedrooms one with a double bed and an adjacent bathroom (with tub and toilet), and one with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds.
The house will sleep 8 persons .
On the street level there is a one car garage and parking for 2-3 cars.
Neighborhood:
Theoule is (5 minutes) away, Nice and the airport is(40 minutes), Cannes (20 minutes), the sea (3 minutes), and the autoroute (15 minutes), it is all within reach. There is a nearby train station and local bus service. The village has a general store, good restaurants, and sandy beaches. Fishing, snorkeling sailing, boating, are only minutes away, either from sandy beaches or beautiful deep narrow creeks.
The house is also located at a 1 minute walk from the national park of the Massif de l'Esterel (13 000 hectares) Which i! s well know for being a haven of peace and nature. Climbers as well as paragliders or mountain bikers know l'Esterel. Take a map, and go explore, every trail, it is worth it ,400 kms of them and hundreds of different one, ranging from 0 to above 600m above sea level.
It is not too difficult, so if you like red stone, go !
At the same time for the more restful ones there is great peace and tranquility, the sound of the cicadas will join you at siesta time.
