Beautiful contemporary 3 bedroom/3bathroom villa in Cannes.
This lovely 185 sqm villa is located in a quiet residential street, 1.5 km from the Croisette bay.
It can accommodate 6 people.
The layout is as follows :
Entering the apartment, you will find a veranda/hallway with a convivial bar, giving access to the open kitchen and the living room.
The living room is furnished with a large sofa, a coffee table, armchairs, a rectangle dining table and a large bookshelf. There are two windows opening onto the terrace and the garden, a TV and a fireplace.
The open/separate fully equipped eat in kitchen has four gaz burners, an electric oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a toaster. It has all necessary cooking utensils. There is a round dining table and a small TV set.
Off the living room you enter a small study from which you have access to the first bedroom, furnished with a two single beds a wardrobe and a TV. There is an ensuite bathroom with a tub and toilet.
(You also have access to this room via the hall way next to the kitchen)
The second bedroom (large master bedroom) is furnished with a queen sized bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is an En-suite bathroom with a tub and separate stall shower, toilet and a large buit in closet equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
The third bathroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a TV. There is and en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washbasin
There is a separate WC with a washbasin.
Outside/Garden : You will enjoy the large terrace and the peaceful 1250 sqm garden, planted with lawn and various ornamental plants but also the swimming pool and the pool house with summer kitchen. Some garden furniture is available, as well a small "petanque" playground.
Neighborhood :
Parking space is available in the property or in the street (2 private parking spaces).
The beach and La Croisette are at reasonable walking distance (15mn walk - 8/10 mn drive).
After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera.
Access :
The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
