Elegant and peaceful one bedroom apartment in the heart of Aix en Provence.
|
This comfortable and quiet apartment is located right in the heart of Aix en Provence, Boulevard du Roy René - a few blocks from the famous Cours Mirabeau.
You enter the apartment through an entrance hall equipped with a large built-in closet and a dressing room.
The living room is furnished with a double sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a chest of drawers. There is a round dining table seating 4 and 2 large French windows opening onto the balcony. Next to this room is an alcove furnished with a double bed and bedside tables. There is a flat screen TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with four electric induction hot plates, an electric stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. It has all necessary cooking utensils.
The large bedroom has two windows facing the quiet garden. This room is furnished with a king size bed, two armchairs and a large bookshelf. There is a flat screen TV.
The bathroom has a tub with shower device. There are separated restrooms.
There is a balcony with a lovely view onto a garden.
A wifi Internet Access is available.
Neighborhood :
The best advantage of the house is its central location, very accessible by car and close to the city center (short walking distance). It is just by the "Aix Central Train Station" and a stone throw from the Cours Mirabeau.
Aix en Provence in Bouches du Rhône district, is a very typical town with an historic center. It is famous for it's landscapes (Cezanne) . The town is less than hour drive from the Mediterranean Sea and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'.
Aix en Provence is also famous for its summer festival (classical) and it is ideally located to discover the south east of France (including the southern Alps).
Access :
35 km from Marseilles, 65 km from Avignon.
You can get to Aix en Provence by road (motor way) or by train (TGV Train station in Aix) . You can also fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (15mn drive).
