Adorable one bedroom apt with Terrace overlooking the sea-Marseilles

Adorable one bedroom apartment with large terrace and A/C overlooking the sea on Endoume rock, near Corniche Kennedy.
This apartment is on the 5th floor (and last) of a building with security system with an amazing 360 degrees view over the the Mediterranean sea. This apartment can accommodate 4 people for short rental and 2 for more than a months rental. It is tastefully decorated and has an Air Conditioning system.
The living room is furnished with a round dining table, a bookshelf, a double convertible sofa bed, a coffee table, a stereo and a TV. There is a small built-in closet, near the entrance and a is large French window opening onto a terrace and facing the sea.
The separate small eat in kitchen has a sink, four gas and electric burners ,a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, and a French window opening onto the terrace.
The bedroom has a window facing the terrace, a double bed and a closet.
There is a small dressing room.
The en-suite bathroom has a tub and a washbasin.
There is a separate WC.
The whole apartment has an A/C system.
The large terrace faces South/West and offers an amazing view onto the sea and the Frioul Islands . Some garden furniture is available as well as a round dining table.
Neighborhood :
The apartment is very close to the coast. You will find the main shop at a walking distance. There are lots of restaurants in "Le Vallon des Auffes" and the beach (rocky) is at 10 mn walking distance, as well as Marseille city centre. Le Vallon des Auffes is a traditional small fishermen's port. A small village in the heart of the large city of Marseilles.
Marseilles is the third city in France (for the number of inhabitants) after Paris and Lyon.
It is famous for its large harbour but also the "Vieux Port" and la Canebière. Marseilles was founded 2600 years ago and after many years of crisis has become a very trendy place.
Close to Marseilles are "Les Calanques", Cassis (15km), Toulon (50km), and Aix en Provence (30km).
Access :
Motorways from and to Marseilles in all directions.
You can travel to Marseilles by TGV or fly through Marseilles Provence Airport (30km away).
