Lovely 6 bedroom - 4 bathroom property with swimming pool,in La Cadière d'Azur
|
Up a hill near the very typical village of La Cadière d'Azur near Bandol, this property can accommodate up to 16 people. It sits alone on a south-facing terraced hillside with wonderful views in all directions. It overlooks the Bay of La Ciotat, and the sea. The house is available for weekly rentals (two weeks minimum).
This house is divided into two parts. A first main building, overlooking the garden, has a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms, and another building has four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
When you arrive in the property, you have parking spaces at the back of the house. You enter the property by a large terrace and a large French door. There is the living room with a fireplace, a sofa, armchairs and a large coffee table. There is a TV with VCR and a stereo.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with 4 electric and gas burners, a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, a toaster, a micro-wave, a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a round dining table and built-in closets.
There is a separate WC and a small bathroom with shower.(service)
From the living room, stairs give access to the second floor and to the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double size bed, nightstand and a south exposed window. There is an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin and a tub.
The other bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is standard with a bathtub/shower, and a sink with a mirror. The WC is on the same floor, separate.
In the other building, facing the garden and the swimming pool, the layout is as follows :
1st French Floor :
A large master bedroom with king size bed, nice exposed beams, large French Window with stunning view over the sea and en-suite.
Next to this bedroom is another bedroom with twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
Ground Floor :
A large bedroom furnished with a double bed, a single bed and bunk beds.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.On the same floor, these bedrooms share a second bathroom with tub. There is a separate WC.
From each of these rooms, you have direct access to the terrace and the garden.
Outside :
There is a large park planted with tree and lawn. Various terraces with garden furniture are available in the property allowing you to enjoy the outside at anytime during day and evening.
There is a swimming pool with pool house.
Access and neighborhood:
Located 4 kilometers from Bandol, the small village of La Cadière d'Azur is a very typical place with plenty of little shops : groceries, bars, restaurants, and boutiques of souvenirs, For French cuisine lovers, La Cadière hosts one of the most famous restaurant of the region : "Berard". The area is also well known for its vineyards.
The golf practice of La Fregate is only 10 kilometers away from the property. The beach is 6 kilometers away but it is usually crowded during summertime !
The closest highway exit is Bandol on the A 50.
