Four bedroom / two bathroom Villa with pool near Lacoste - Luberon
|
This 250m2 tastefully decorated villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
The layout is as follows :
Ground floor :
=========
Then entrance hall gives access to the large living room composed of sofas, armchairs, a coffee table and a cupboard. There is a window and a large French windows with direct access to the terrace and the garden and a fireplace.
It is equipped with a TV, DVD and a stereo.
The dining area is furnished with a large oval table with matching chairs.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with large gas stove and burners, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an American fridge/freezer. There is a coffee maker (including expresso) and a toaster.
At the same level you will find two bedrooms. One will remain closed (for owners personal effects), the other bedroom is available. It is furnished with a double bed. This room have a window facing the garden.
There is a stall shower and a double washbasin.
There is a separate WC and a laundry room.(at the back of the kitchen)
The lovely stoned staircase gives access to three more bedrooms.
First French floor :
===========
The large master bedroom (38sqm) is furnished with a queen size bed with bed side table, a cane sofa and a built in closet. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washbasin.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, an armchair and a large built in closet. These two rooms give access to a nice 30 sqm terrace overlooking the pool and garden and the Luberon.
The third bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds with bedside tables and a baby bed.
These rooms share a large bathroom with a tub, a double washbasin. There is a separate toilet.
A wifi Internet DSL Connexion is available
Garden :
The large garden is very agreeable, planted with lawn and trees. Some garden furniture is also available.
You will find two terraces. At the back of the house you will find a BBQ and a large dining table under the trees, ideal for al fresco diners.
You will enjoy the swimming pool (10Mx5M) with security access. A large private parking space is available.
Neighborhood :
Lacoste, Vaucluse is a nice village in the Luberon area, famous for it's landscapes and villages overlooking the valley, in the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. It is famous for the "Marquis de Sade's castle.
Do not miss the Saturday morning market in Apt and the surrounding villages such as Roussillon, Bonnieux, Ansouis, Lourmarin (to name only a few).
This property is ideal for nature lovers.
Access :
70 km from Marseilles, 20 km from Apt, 45 km from Aix en Provence, 50 km from Avignon and 35 km from Cavaillon.
You can get to Bonnieux by road (or train+ car TGV to Avignon or Aix). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles and drive from there.
