Enchanting 2 bedroom village house in the historic village of Lourmarin - Luberon

This entirely refurbished 17th century village house is located in the lovely village of Lourmarin , Luberon region. This 2 bedroom - 3 bathoom house can accommodate up to 6 people.(2 children can be accommodated in the sleeping couch in the lounge in addition to the 2 double bedrooms). It is tastefully decorated. You enter the property via the spacious lounge furnished with a double sofa, a double convertible sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a round coffee table and a bookshelf. There is a TV, a DVD player and a stereo. Off the lounge is a first bathroom with a washbasin, a stall shower and a toilet. There are 2 windows and a large sliding-window opening onto a 33 sqm sunny terrace with barbecue, overlooking the Chateau and the Luberon mountain. Next is the dining area and open kitchen equipped with most necessary utensils and house ware : electric induction plate, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The two spacious bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. Each has an ensuite bathroom with tub and toilet. One of the bedrooms has its own sunny terrace overlooking the quiet street and its private entrance. There is a private garage in the property. Neighborhood : The house is on a quiet street of the village within short walking distance from cafés, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, squares but also from the Chateau. Lourmarin, Vaucluse is a nice village in the Luberon region with a lovely Castle, famous for it's landscapes and villages overlooking the valley and the ' Parc Régional du Luberon'. Lourmarin is a unique combination of historic buildings, natural surroundings and a feeling of spaciousness. Surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards and lavender fields. It is renowned for its excellent cuisine, with Michelin rated restaurants. Every Friday is the village market. Access : 70 km from Marseilles, 20 km from Pertuis, 35 km from Aix en Provence, 55 km from Avignon and 30 km from Cavaillon. You can get to Lourmarin by road or by train (TGV to Avignon or Aix). You can also fly to Avignon or Marseilles and drive from there.
