This 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom modern style villa is in a private domain in Mouans Sartoux, near Cannes and Mougins. The layout is as follows : Garden Level : The lounge is furnished with large cane sofas, a couple of armchairs, a coffee table, and a bookshelf. There is a fire place, a satellite TV (with CNN) and a VCR. A fax machine is also available. Next to the lounge is the dining area with a large rectangle table and a cupboard. Two south exposed sliding bay windows open the terrace and garden. Off the dining area is a separate kitchen, which has all appliances such as four gas burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator / freezer and a dishwasher. There is a window opining onto the garden. On this floor you will also find the master bedroom with a queen size bed with bedside table, a desk and an armoire. There is a bay window opening the terrace facing south. There is a en-suite bathroom with an hydro-massage tub, a separate stall shower. There is a separate toilet with washbasin. The spiral staircase gives access to the second floor. Second Level : The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 2 single beds and armchairs. A sliding bay window gives access to a private terrace. There is an en-suite bathroom with a double washbasin, a tub, a separate stall shower and a French bidet. Third Level : 3 bedroom are available on this floor. One with a single bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. The first 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with a washbasin and a tub. The 3rd one (with double bed) has an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Each bedroom on this floor has access to a nice terrace overlooking the garden and the pool. There is a separate toilet. Outside : The swimming is surrounded by a paved terrace and lawn. The garden spreads further south on the slope of the hills overlooking Mouans- Sartoux south - into the sea direction. The villa is in a private domain with security access. In addition to the private pool, you will have access to a club in the domain with a large swimming pool (with food bar) but also tennis courts. Neighborhood : Parking space can be found easily in front of the house. The property is up the hill in Mouans Sartoux, near Mougins, Sophia Antipolis and Cannes (8 km away). Mougins, the ideal vacation spot for exploring the city of Cannes (10 minutes) and the charming countryside of Grasse (20 minutes). Most shops, Cafés and restaurants are in the vicinity. There is a golf playground in Mouans Sartoux. After W.W. II, Cannes quickly became the haunt of crowned heads and billionaires, then the city of Stars, Festivals and International Conventions. Mostly famous for its International Film Festival (in May) the town regularly hosts well-known stars in its many luxury Hotels. On La Croisette, the most famous fashion brands are represented: among others Louis Vuitton, Chanel or Hermès. Of course, restaurants and boutiques are all around. The white-sand beach across La Croisette is usually crowded but remains one of the most famous throughout the French Riviera. Access : There is a quick access from an to A8 Motorway. The regional center and seat of the department, Nice, is 30 minutes to the east. Here, the Nice train station is served by the high-speed TGV (the "Train Grande Vitesse," only five hours to Paris), and its international airport (Nice-Côte d'Azur) has daily flights from New York. Otherwise most international flight connections are made through Paris. With a car, you can range far and wide on day trips alone: Italy is only 1 hour away. Aix en Provence is 90 minutes distant.
