Ground floor :

From the large terrace, facing south and the pool, you have access to a first bedroom through a large French Door. It is furnished with a double bed, bed side tables and a large built-in closet.
There is an ensuite bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
(Another private suite on this floor will remain closed as it is to owners use exclusively).

First French floor :

The external stairs lead to the second French Floor via a large terrace.(south exposed)

The large living room is furnished with a double sofa, a lounge table and comfortable cane sofas and armchairs. There is a TV a DVD player and a stereo. There is a large bookshelf and a fireplace.

A large French door leads to the front covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the garden.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and dining table for al fresco dinner. A BBQ is available.

56 kilometers north east from Avignon, 40 km north east of Orange, 13 km east of Vaison la Romaine. It is on the edge of Vaucluse and Drome districts.
